Brief – The main objective was to produce alternative planning schemes for submission to   Tandridge Local authority for an extension of an existing barn dwelling within Green-belt zone.

Scheme Design – Consisted of a ground and first floor continuation of the existing oak frame building structure and peg tile roof, providing a living area with open plan space featuring a wood burning stove and oak staircase leading to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Scope of work - Produce fully detailed CAD drawings for submission of full planning and building control applications, with detailed specifications, cost spread sheets and outline programme.

Following receipt of local authority approvals the client carried out his own building construction and project management through to completion.
