Gabled & pitched rear roof extensions, London, SE20
Brief – A double fronted Victorian house which required conversion of a existing conservatory into a home office, re-instatement of original Victorian external first floor extension, enlargement of kitchen and utility space and shower room.
Scheme Design – The conventional sloping roof was rejected in favour of a glazed timber framed gable arrangement which allowed natural light to penetrate deep into the centre of the house. Where possible openings within the new extensions were maximised by installing double glazed doors, fixed glazed panels and roof lights.
Scope of Work - Produce fully detailed CAD drawings for submission of full planning and building control applications, with detailed specifications, cost spread sheets and outline programme.
Following successful approval of local authority approvals, carry out project management, cost reporting and supervise the building works through to completion
