Brief – Client required a rapid design and fit-out for his apartment located in a secure mansion development. While the client was out of the UK he transferred funds to Spacedesign  to facilitate the selection of furniture and the organisation of sub-contracts, placing of purchase orders, arrangements for deliveries.  Spacedesign set-up contracts and programmes and carried out “day to day” supervision of all trades including  decorators, joiners, carpet layers and cable installer contractors  to provide a total design service including the purchase of all soft furnishings, bed linen, crockery, kitchen equipment etc.
